How it works

The Peppol 5-corner model

Invoices travel from your ERP, through your Accredited Service Provider, across the Peppol network to your buyer. Tax data goes to the FTA in near real time. Select a corner to see who does what.

The invoice travels from corner 1 to 4 over Peppol. Corners 2 and 3 report tax data to the FTA (corner 5).

Corner 2 · Ravera, for suppliers

Supplier ASP

Converts the invoice to PINT AE XML, validates it, and sends it across the Peppol network through an Access Point. Ravera runs its own Peppol Access Point.

The platform

Six services. Use one, or all of them.

Every service is available standalone or together, through one API.
  1. Issue & convert

Send invoice data from your ERP to our API. We return PINT AE XML, ready to exchange.

  2. Validate & sign

Every document is checked against PINT AE rules and signed before submission, so errors stop here.

  3. Exchange

Invoices travel through our own Peppol Access Point to your buyer’s service provider.

  4. Report to the FTA

Tax data for each document is reported to the FTA automatically, in near real time.

  5. Receive

Inbound supplier invoices arrive as structured data, ready for accounts payable.

  6. Archive

Every document is kept for 7 years, UAE-domiciled and audit-ready.

Three ways in

  • REST API

Documented and FTA-approved. Your ERP team or integrator connects once and sends every document.

  • Web invoicing

Create and send compliant invoices in the browser. Suited to lower-volume entities.

  • Supplier portal

Give smaller suppliers a simple way to send you compliant invoices.

Connects with your stack

Your ERP stays. It connects to our API.

Ravera connects with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks and custom ERPs. Your ERP team or integrator builds and owns the connection; we provide the API, sandbox and testing support.
How integration works

Accredited

Accredited, and built on our own infrastructure

Your provider carries your invoices, your tax reporting and your audit trail. Accreditation is where trust starts, not where it ends.
  • Accredited by the UAE Ministry of Finance, and listed on its public register
  • Our own code and our own Peppol Access Point. Not white-label, not resold
  • A direct relationship with the FTA, and PINT AE rule updates applied for you
  • Every document archived for 7 years in UAE-domiciled storage
  • Service levels written into your contract, with a local team on call

When does UAE e-invoicing become mandatory?

E-invoicing becomes mandatory in three phases. Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more go live on 1 January 2027. Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million go live on 1 July 2027, and government entities on 1 October 2027. A voluntary pilot for businesses of all sizes opened on 1 July 2026. The Ministry of Finance can extend these dates.

When must my business appoint an Accredited Service Provider?

Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026. Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million, and government entities, must appoint one by 31 March 2027. Appointing early leaves time for your ERP team or integrator to build and test the connection before your go-live date.

What is an FTA-Accredited Service Provider?

An FTA-Accredited Service Provider (ASP) is a company accredited by the UAE Ministry of Finance to exchange e-invoices on behalf of businesses. It converts invoices to PINT AE XML, validates them, sends and receives them over the Peppol network through its Access Point, and reports tax data to the Federal Tax Authority. Accredited providers are listed on the Ministry’s public register.

Do we need to replace our ERP to comply?

No. Your existing ERP stays in place. It connects to your Accredited Service Provider through an API, sending invoice data out and receiving supplier invoices back. Ravera connects with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and QuickBooks, and with custom ERPs through its REST API. Your ERP team or integrator builds and owns that connection, with Ravera assisting during testing.

Who builds the connection between our ERP and Ravera?

Your ERP team or your system integrator builds and owns the connection. Ravera provides the API, documentation, sandbox and credentials, helps map your invoice data to PINT AE, and assists testing until validation, Peppol exchange and FTA reporting all pass. Ravera is a technology provider and does not carry out end-to-end implementation projects.

Is Ravera an FTA-Accredited Service Provider?

Yes. Ravera EInvoicing Services FZCO holds Certificate of Accreditation no. 199307, issued by the UAE Ministry of Finance under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025. The accreditation was issued on 1 September 2026 and is valid to 1 September 2028. Ravera is listed on the Ministry of Finance register of e-invoicing Accredited Service Providers, which anyone can check online.
